Types of Courses

An EFAW courses is a two day initial course and a one day refresher course every three years. This course teaches you the basics of first aid in the workplace such as CPR, dealing with bleeding and other emergency procedures. .

Your standard EFAW refresher course but undertaken online in order to comply with social distancing. Only refresher customers maybe considered for an online course. 

An FAW is a three day course and teaches you all of the basics for first aid in the work place, including dealing with more advanced medical ailments you may encounter. Every three years you have to do a two day refresher course

Learn the basics of food hygiene in order to keep your professional kitchen safe and learn about the basics of keeping your customers safe.

This half day course will focus on the basics of defibrillator training and basic CPR techniques.
